Simone Rocha offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags and designer packaging intact. Please note that certain delicate items and pierced jewelry are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Simone Rocha packaging and secure them inside the original shipping box to ensure protection during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Drop off your package at a designated courier point or schedule a complimentary collection through our shipping partner's website.
